Rob McEldowney - Managing Director (B. AgrSc)
Rob has over 30 years experience in the production, management and processing of essential oils and plant extracts. He specialises in equipment and process design and engineering.

Derek Zwart - Technical Manager (B. Sc Chem-Hons)
Derek has 13 years industry experience in the areas of functional foods and extractive herbs. He is central to our product and technical development, quality management and compliance.

Phil Causon - Production Manager (Cert Hort/ Cert Advanced Lab. Tech.)
Phil has over 20 years experience in essential oils agronomy, processing and quality assurance and brings to our Technical and Processing Team a wealth of practical skills and knowledge.

Louise Barnes – Sales Manager
Louise is highly experienced in sales management and supply logistics and is your first point of call for all product orders and enquiries.

Sam Smee - Research Field Agronomist (B. AgrSc-Hons)
Sam has over 15 years experience in the horticultural and agricultural industries and is responsible for crop research and development, field production quality control and our field advisory service.

Nick is highly experienced in field agronomy and crop husbandry and possesses a wealth of practical experience and skills, making him a key member of our Field Production Team.
